In the hamlet Puin 6 km from the centre of Pignone, 11 km from the centre of Levanto, in a quiet, elevated position, 9 km from the sea, 9 km from the beach. For shared use: park (fenced), swimming pool angular (400 m2, depth 170 - 220 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Jun. - 15.Sep. pool opening hours: 09:30-19:30). Children's pool, outdoor shower, tennis, table tennis, boccia, barbecue house, children's playground, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: central heating system, heating to be paid on the spot (22.Mar. - 31.Oct.), heating available only from 01.Nov. - 21.Mar.. Parking on the premises. Grocery 6 km, supermarket 6 km, shopping centre 22 km, restaurant, bus stop 100 m, railway station "Monterosso / Levanto" 10 km, sandy beach 9 km. Location Description Monterosso al Mare

The ancient Monterosso is situated on a hill which dived the village in two parts. It is now called Monterosso Vecchio and it has been left untouched. Along the seaside there is the modern residential area, situated in the Fegina creek, which give its name to the whole area. The beach of Monterosso is the largests of the Cinque Terre. All the villages of the Cinque Terre, due to their position, have very little parking spaces. During high season and busy periods the acces can be restricted to cars, only houses with a garage are excluded from the rstriction.

Die Wohnung ist auf den ersten Blick sauber und ordentlich. Allerdings war schon beim ersten Betreten zu merken, dass die Luft im Innenraum feucht-kalt (bei über 30 Grad Außentemperatur) war. Besonders das Untergeschoss (mit zwei Schlafzimmern) machte gleich einen feucht/modrigen Eindruck. Die Fenster dort waren mit Schrauben vor dem Öffnen gesichert, d. h. Lüften war unmöglich. 

Bei genauerem Hinsehen waren auch viele, z. T. übermalte, Schimmelspuren an Wänden und Einrichtungsgegenständen zu finden, und beim Öffnen der Schränke oder Schubladen schlug einem ein schimmeliger Geruch entgegen. Nachdem nach der ersten Nacht bereits leichte Atembeschwerden auftraten war klar, dass wir keine zweite Nacht in der Wohnung bleiben können. Leider war an dem Vormittag die Verwalterin nicht erreichbar, so dass wir die Mängel nicht direkt adressieren konnten und ohne weiteren direkten Kontakt wieder abreisen mussten. Auch wenn die Anlage insgesamt schön zu sein scheint, ist von dieser konkreten Unterkunft unbedingt abzuraten.

Soverum og garderobeskabe i kælder lugtede gammelt. Kælderen var meget fugtig så sengelinned og tøj var vådt hele tiden. Efter 14 dage var der skimmelsvamp på kufferten.Elkedel virkede ikke, parasol i haven var knækket. Meget sparsomt med bestik. Alt i alt ikke en særlig god feriebolig, vi kommer ikke igen

As a gentle reminder, we would like to inform guests that any problems experienced on the spot should always be reported to the keyholder so that a solution can be immediately provided. In this case, there is a dehumidifying device installed in the unit and it should always be kept running or mold becomes a problem. In any case these have now been resolved, as well as the kettle and the parasol replaced. We would be delighted to be given another chance to welcome you.

La casa ha un giardino proprio grazioso All'ingrsso il salotto con cucina, due divani e un immenso tavolo che risulta sempre utile. La cucina è super fornita. Due bagni noi abbiamo utilizzato quello con vasca avendo un neonato e un bimbo piccolo ed è stato davvero utile proprio come a casa! La camera da letto al piano superiore è spaziosa noi abbiamo dormito con i piccoli nei loro box. Super soddisfatta spero l'anno prossimo di poter tornare nuovamente perché mi sono sentita a casa. Piscina top!
