Je recommande les différents studios et appart que Interhome gère. Petit bémol , aucune surface de proximité sur le site des marinas. Manque cruellement de places de parking.

Ruhiges Appartement mit fantastischem Meerblick. im 6. Stock. Wir konnten unser Gepäck für 15 Tage noch mit dem Lift hochbringen, dann war dieser 5 Tage ausser Betrieb. Ideal für 2 Personen ohne grosse Ansprüche. Bad und Wohnraum sehr sauber und das Bettsofa erstaunlich bequem. In der Küchenecke liess die Sauberkeit etwas zu wünschen übrig, was aber mit einer kurzen Reinigung machbar war. 7 Gläser, aber keines gleich wie das Andere. Dafür 19 Suppenlöffel und etwa 20 Plastkteller. Porzellan- Geschirr zum grossen Teil angeschlagen und sehr zusammengewürfelt. Leider wurde der tolle Balkon unddie vorhandenen Möbel vorher nicht gereinigt, so dass wir auch dort Hand anlegen mussten. Die Verschmutzung durch die Vögel waren nicht nur 1-2 Tage alt. Der Rauchmelder ging 3x Nachts, ohne ersichtlichen Grund, los. Unter der Woche war der Private Parkplatz toll und nicht überfüllt, fuhr man am Wochenende raus, hatte man dann Mühe, bei der Rückkehr, einen freien Platz zu finden. Trotz Barriere. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es leider im Quartier keine mehr. Die Lage ist traumhaft, friedlich und sehr ruhig. Auch im Haus war es sehr ruhig. Nette Bewohner. Im grossen und Ganzen haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wir haben unseren Auffenthalt sehr genossen. Wir können uns einen weiteren Auffenthalt, trotz den kleinen Unanehmlchkeiten, sehr gut wieder vorstellen.

Die Wohnung war sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Wenn man 2 Wochen bucht, wäre es schön, wenn genügend mind. 2 Küchentücher, Lappen (keine Abwaschmaschiene) und Toilettenpapier vorhanden wären. Beim Balkon war ich nicht sicher, ob man draussen sitzen darf oder nicht.

Des pigeons squattent le balcon d un appartement à l etage inférieur qui est souillé par la fiente ce qui nuit un peu la beauté de la vue qui est magnifique.

Studio propre, bien situé et bien aménagé. Prendre mon petit-déjeuner, sur le balcon, au soleil, avec vue sur la mer commençait bien ma journée. Calme, proche plage et centre ville. Allez faire un tour, au café épicerie, situé en bas de l'immeuble, le patron N., reconnaissable à sa grande barbe est très sympathique. Petit bémol, toutefois, avec la TV. L'image n'était pas bonne, parfois brouillée, ou rouge, puis plus d'image. Mais je n'étais pas là pour ça. J'y reviendrai sans hésiter!!

Juste changer le téléviseur Avec les restrictions horaires c'est un objet bienvenu après le couvre feu. Le téléviseur de l'appartement est ancien et de mauvaise qualité image.

Logement correct mais certains équipements sont à revoir: lit BZ dont le matelas en 3 morceaux accuse son âge avancé, cafetière inutilisable, manque de patère dans la mini salle de bains, rideau de douche pas top et pas de point de suspension pour la douche., sinon très bien placé, calme

Des ecaliers exterieurs sont a monter avant d arriver au digicode et a l ascenseur. Le verrou de la porte d entree de l appartement est difficile. Le studio est calibre pour 2 personnes.
