Kitchenette (dishwasher, 4 gas rings, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm). Bath/WC. Oil heating. Terrace, patio 20 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only.

Mas "Mas les Constances", surrounded by fields. 4 apartments in the residence. 2 km from the centre of Ménerbes, 12 km from the centre of Cavaillon, 39 km from the centre of Avignon. For shared use: property, parking on the premises. Shop 2 km, supermarket 12 km, bus stop "Chemin du Fort" 800 m. Please note: the owner lives on the same property.

Location Description Ménerbes

224 m a.s.l. >>Small, cosy village with 1'007 inhabitants, on top of a hill, 15 km east from Cavaillon, 23 km from Apt, 42 km from Avignon. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Museum, attractions. To visit: the famous Dolmen de Pitchoun, only in Provence. The truffle house and the Luberon wine. Nicolas de Stael and Picasso had a house here.

Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaars. Fijne attenties: Een paar flesjes rosé, een zelf gemaakte digestief, en kersen geplukt van eigen wijngaard. Verder alles in orde: nieuwe keuken, inloopdouche, ruime living en slaapkamer met goed bed. Wifi o. k. Een plaats om terug te komen. En prijsverhouding naar waarde: 10 !

Un très bel appartement confortable. La propriétaire est très gentil et avenant. L'appartement est très chaleureux et agréable, bien équipé et situé. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine en Provence.

Da die Wohnung 2 Terrassen hatte konnte man wählen, Sonne oder Schatten. Die eine hatte einen Ausblick auf den Mont Ventoux die andere auf die schöne Altstadt von Menerbes. Auch die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und haben uns mit einer Flasche sehr guten Rose begrüßt.
